I felt very hypocritical writing this, it shouldn’t even be publish. Nevertheless if i had learn one thing this year it would be this. I abstracted it out from a long entry.
“…The bible says that our real problem is that everyone of us is building our identity on something besides Jesus. I pray that like what C.S Lewis said, “keep back nothing. Nothing that you have not given away will be really yours. Nothing in you that has not died will ever be raised from the dead. Look for yourself, and you’ll find in the long run only hatred, lonelinees, despair, rage, ruin and decay. But look for Christ and you will find Him, and with Him everything else thrown in. “ May you be my only obsession. “
